This site contains important information explaining your relationship with the owner of this Internet site and your rights to access and use information on it. Please read this notice carefully. You may not be able to place orders if you are not over 18.

If you decide to register with this site, you will be asked to create a password. You must keep that password confidential and must not disclose that to anyone. The prices of products are quoted next to the items on the menu. Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes. You confirm to agreement to the final prices by submitting your order.

You have the right to cancel your order, but you may lose your rights to order to offers redemptions. If you decide to change / cancel or amend your order – you must contact the restaurant / takeaway where you placed your order.

We will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible however sometimes circumstances may be beyond our control. If so, we will keep you informed. The customer agrees that My Treats cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage arising from any delays beyond estimated time or date of delivery.

In any event, My Treats liability to the customer will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items.

Nothing in these conditions shall affect the statuary rights of the customer.

We have strict procedures to reduce contaminations however ingredients may be produced in a factory that handles nuts or meat may contain bones and flour may contain gluten.

Access to this site

Access to this Site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on this Site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason this Site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of this Site to users who have registered with us.
